Sunnyside Mall Pride Facebook Giveaway Rules

Eligibility:

• The Sunnyside Mall Pride Facebook Giveaway is open to all participants who are 19 years or older and reside in Nova Scotia.
• Employees of any of the Sunnyside Mall buildings, including RBC building, attached office tower, and Bedford House office towers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

• To enter the giveaway, participants must like and comment on this post answering the required question.
• Each participant may enter the giveaway only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Entries that are incomplete, offensive, or violate Facebook's terms of service will be disqualified.

Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway will begin on July 26th at 10 am and end on August 2nd at 10 am.
• Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
• The winner will be announced on August 2nd at noon on Sunnyside Mall’s Facebook page and will be notified via Facebook direct message.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner will be selected.

Prize:

• The prize for the giveaway is two tickets to Violet Chachki & Gottmik's extravaganza Drag Tour hosted by Glitter and Grit Events at the Spatz Theatre in September 10^th, 2023.
• The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Publicity:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Sunnyside Mall to use their name and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

General Conditions:

• Sunnyside Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the giveaway rules or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
• Sunnyside Mall reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the giveaway, participants release Sunnyside Mall from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
