Sunnyside Mall Fall Food Facebook Giveaway Rules

Eligibility:

The Sunnyside Mall Fall Food Giveaway is open to all participants who are 19 years or older and reside in Nova Scotia. Employees of any of the Sunnyside Mall buildings, including RBC building, attached office tower, and Bedford House office towers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

• To enter the giveaway, participants must complete a ballot found at select retailers and place it in the ballot box or have the store do it on your behalf.

• No maximum entries.

• No purchase necessary.

• Each participant can only win one of the prizes; duplicate selections will be redrawn.

Giveaway Period:

The giveaway will begin on October 2nd at 10 am and end on October 16th at 10 am. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

• The winner will be contacted on October 16th via phone call.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner will be selected.

• The winner must be able to pick up the prize at Sunnyside Mall.

Prize:

The prize is for gift cards from 4x$25 for Pete's Frootique, 2x$25 for Sushi Moto, and 2x$25 On the Wedge. The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Publicity:

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Sunnyside Mall to use their name and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

General Conditions:

Sunnyside Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the giveaway rules or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior. Sunnyside Mall reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the giveaway, participants release Sunnyside Mall from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
