Community Booth Bookings

Every year, Sunnyside Mall supports over 50 community groups and charitable organizations to raise awareness about their causes, free of charge. Our Community Booths are available for non-profit charitable organizations to sell raffle tickets, promote fundraising events or to provide display information.

PLEASE NOTE: Each organization may only book 1 date per month. Only one organization per booth per day. We are closed ALL Statutory holidays and have reduced hours on other holidays. VIEW FULL HOURS

Prior to the event, display, exhibit, the Exhibitor shall at its own expense and cost obtain a Certificate of Insurance in the minimum sum of: FIVE MILLION DOLLARS — $5,000,000.00. Public liability and property damage, naming the Avison Young Real Estate Services, LP In Trust for 2023011 Ontario Limited (Sunnyside Mall) as additional insured. No agreement will be accepted and signed by the Landlord unless a Certificate of Insurance has been provided and attached to this form.
